The Evangelism department is an integral part of the RCCG NOLCC outreach initiative. Its main functions and core activities is premised on the spiritual injunction in Matthew 28:19-20 which says, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you…”.
The department convenes with members and interested volunteers for joint prayers sessions and regular outings on every second Saturday of the month and we encourage everyone available to join the team as we go out together to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through several means such as: engaging in one-to-one interactions with the public, distributing and sharing Christian tracts and literature with a view to educating and encouraging recipients as much as the Holy Spirit empowers and leads.
